STEPANAKERT, MARCH 9, ARTSAKHPRESS: The head of Communication Department at ICRC in Karabakh Eteri Musaelyan told the aforesaid in the interview with “Artsakhpress”. According to her, during the meeting the Red Cross representatives provided information about the captive's family, and Baghdasaryan passed some news about himself to his relatives.

Arsen Baghdasaryan, an ex-conscript of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Defense Army, was taken into Azerbaijani captivity on December 26 the last year. First Azerbaijani authorities let the ICRC representatives to visit the captive on February 19 this year.
