FEBRUARY 23, ARTSAKHPRESS: "We expect comprehensive clarification through bilateral channels regarding Nikol Pashinyan's statements concerning the freezing of Armenia's participation in the Collective Security Treaty and the organization itself," the Russian Foreign Ministry has said.
