STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 29, ARTSAKHPRESS: As “Artsakhpress” reports, Lernik Hovhannisyan, Minister of Culture , Youth Affairs and Tourism of Artsakh Republic stated at the joint sitting of the NA Standing Committees on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sports and Budget, Financial and Economic Management held in the Parliament.

According to Minister, the funds to be allocated have increased by 1 million drams as compared to the previous year, which is conditioned by the fact that more young people will be involved in the pan-Armenian and international youth cooperation development programs.
