Prior to the start of a regular sitting today, the Armenian parliament observed a minute of silence for the victims of the terror attacks committed in Beirut and Paris, Panorama.am informed.

STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 16, ARTSAKHPRESS: “We strongly condemn those barbaric acts and reject any manifestation of terrorism. On behalf of the National Assembly of Armenia, we offer our heartfelt condolences and support to the French and Lebanese colleagues and the friendly peoples of France and Lebanon,” NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan said.

41 people died and over 200 others were injured in a double suicide bombing in Lebanon’s capital Beirut on November 12. The Islamic State claimed responsibility for the Beirut bombing.

A total of 129 people died in the attacks on bars and restaurants, a concert hall and the Stade de France of Paris Friday evening, November 13.
