STEPANAKERT, JANUARY 13, ARTSAKHPRESS: The head of the Vank community Andrey Sargsyan told "Artsakhpress". “Currently, construction works are underway with the funds of the state budget. The works will be completed in a few days. At present, the residents are provided with water for one hour a day. As a result of the operation of the new well, the village will have 24-hour water supply,” added Sargsyan.
