STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 22, ARTSAKHPRESS: The Minister of Finance of the Republic of Artsakh Artur Harutyunyan said during the discussion of the 2019 draft state budget of Artsakh.
1 billion 653.2 million drams of the allocated funds will be spent on maintenance of non-profit organizations providing cultural services, 122 million drams on restoration and preservation of historical-cultural monuments, 28 million drams on tourism development programs and 35 million drams on youth programs.
