Arayik Harutyunyan considers agriculture as the locomotive of Artsakh's economic development

“If we can bring the agricultural GDP to 250-300 million dollars, it means the GDP will amount to 2-2.5 billion dollars. This is our main direction,” Harutyunyan concluded.
