STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 21, ARTSAKHPRESS-ARMENPRESS: “The art of Henry Elibekyan, the son of the famous family of painters, contained a unique psychology and philosophy which was transformed into a color and an image, a picture and a sculpture by the impressive combination of imagination and effort. His work has found its permanent place in time and space”, the President said in his letter, offering condolences to the artist’s family.
