Taking into account the lack of financial means, the project of improving the housing conditions of large families with five or more children has not been yet widely implemented.
Housing Improvement Program for Large Families to be Completed in 2021
STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 27, ARTSAKHPRESS: As “Artsakhpress” reports, Karen Shahramanyan, the Minister of Urban Planning of the Republic of Artsakh stated during the legislative and executive inquiry in the parliament of Artsakh on September 26.
“According the decision of the government, the program is scheduled to be completed in December 2021. We are talking about 400 families with 5 and more children. We have applied to region administrations in written form in order to submit the lists of large families in priority order. Afterwards we will begin works and the necessary funds will be allocated from the 2020state budget in order to complete the works by 2021.
