With the co-funding of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund and the state budget of the Republic of Artsakh, in the Talish village of Martakert region, 45 apartments have been renovated and 10 apartments have been built.

STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 4, ARTSAKHPRESS: As “Artsakhpress” reports, Minister of Urban Planning of Artsakh Republic, Karen Shahramanyan said at the press conference held on September 4.
The minister noted that for the implementation of the program, 1 billion 7 million drams were allocated from the Artsakh state budget and 770 million drams were provided by the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund.
Karen Shahramanyan noted that currently the digging works of an artesian well is underway in Talish.
