STEPANAKERT,  MARCH 20, ARTSAKHPRESS: When told that the position expressed by Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Masis Mayilyan following the meeting with OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Miroslav Lajcak somewhat differed from the statements made by Armenia’s leadership, the spokesperson stated that Artsakh has its own stance. “There are no discrepancies. We collaborate with and discuss all the issues with our colleagues in Artsakh,” the spokesperson stated, adding that Armenia’s foreign minister recently commented on the position in more detail. “As far as the agenda for the upcoming Pashinyan-Aliyev meeting is concerned, during the joint session of the National Security Councils of Armenia and Artsakh, Armenia’s Prime Minister said that the meeting was going to be devoted to clarification of the principles and elements.
During his March 19 press conference, the Prime Minister reiterated the statement he had made during the joint session of the National Security Councils, that is, there are three principles and six elements that the parties interpret in their own way. For the upcoming meeting, it is necessary to develop an approach that will be acceptable for everyone,” the spokesperson noted.
