STEPANAKERT, MARCH 11, ARTSAKHPRESS: As Artsakhpress reports, Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Artsakh Zhirayr Mirzoyan noted at the press conference held on 11 March, noting that this year for the first time land users will be provided with pomegranate seedlings for free.
As Mirzoyan informed, the applications will be satisfied.
"A commission has been created to provide seedlings, control the process, and explore areas. We also have areas with no irrigation opportunities, where after completing the construction of the deep wells by means of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund the applicants will be provided with pomegranate seedlings,” Mirzoyan said.
Speaking about the trainings organized by the Ministry of Agriculture for the land users, the minister informed that the program will be approved in 2019. Lecturers will be invited from the relevant structures of Armenia, as well as specialists from abroad will be invited.
