Crime Detection Rate increased. Prosecutor General of Artsakh

STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 13, ARTSAKHPRESS: As “Artsakhpress” reports, during the press conference held on February 13, the Artsakh Prosecutor General Arthur Mosiyan said, reporting on the registered crimes in 2018 and added that 621 crimes been revealed ( 688 cases in 2017), 21 crimes have not been revealed, while 97 crimes are under investigation (55 in 2017).

The Prosecutor General of Artsakh also noted that the rate of detection of recorded crimes in 2018 amounted to 97.8%, as compared to 98.4% of 2017.

In 2018 the number of particularly grave crimes amounted to 7 (9 in 2017), grave crimes-52 (47 in 2018), the medium-gravity crimes-244 (259 in 2017), and the number of minor offenses -436 (451 in 2017).
