Press Conference of the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport of Artsakh Republic took place
STEPANAKERT,  FEBRUARY 5, ARTSAKHPRESS: As Artsakhpress reports, Narine Aghabalyan, Minister of Education, Science and Sport of AR stated at the press conference held on February 5.
"Works have been conducted on the introduction of inclusive, educational technologies, as well as in the direction of teachers' training, staffing schools and the expansion of cooperation with organizations carrying out educational programs, " Aghabalyan noted.

Speaking about pre-school education, Narine Aghabalyan said that significant work has been done in that direction in recent years. Dozens of new pre-school institutions have been built.

She informed that the ministry provides methodological assistance to kindergartens operating in a number of rural communities. About 6000 Artsakh children are currently enrolled in pre-school institutions, and more than 3500 children aren’t involved.

"The state's resources are insufficient to allow those children to be enrolled in pre-school education in a short period of time. That's why we need to develop new programs,”added Aghabalyan.

The minister also touched upon a number of issues related to education and sport.

At the end of the meeting Narine Aghabalyan answered journalists' questions.
