STEPANAKERT,  FEBRUARY 1, ARTSAKHPRESS: The Artsakh delegation also took part in the conference. In an interview with “Artsakhpress”, Head of the Sport Department of the Artsakh Ministry of Education, Science and Sport, Ashot Danielyan said that during the conference several countries organized a presentation to join the ConiFA family.

"A number of other issues, in particular, the expenditures of 2018 and the 2019 budget have been discussed. On January 27, the ConiFA European Federation conference was held where a number of issues on the European Championship to be held in Artsakh were discussed.
As a result of lots drawn 12 teams will compete at the ConiFA 2019 European Football Cup. 12 teams are divided into 4 groups. The official opening ceremony will be held on June 1 and the first game on June 2. The works are underway for holding the opening ceremony at a high level. The final match will be on June 9.

ConiFA will provide live streaming of all games. The delegation headed by the president of the European Federation of ConiFA will arrive in Artsakh in March of the current year. A memorandum will be signed between ConiFA and Artsakh.

It should also be noted that during the conference the issue of possible information attacks by Azerbaijan was discussed. ConiFA's leadership emphasized that it cannot be an obstacle for holding the championship in Artsakh.

Now the creation of the website dedicated to the championship is underway. There will be complete information about Artsakh, the schedule of matches. The website will also include relevant information on hotels, restaurants, and transport in Artsakh," noted Danielyan.
