STEPANAKERT, JANUARY 31, ARTSAKHPRESS: Tevan Poghosyan, Head of the International Center for Human Development told "Artsakhpress", noting that the Armenian people should be able to properly understand and plan the tasks until the war is over.
"For years the Armenian authorities regularly visited and should visit Artsakh to get acquainted with existing problems and challenges on the spot, contributing to the development and strengthening of Artsakh. The current young politicians in the Armenian political field with their knowledge and skills do not yield to others. The problem is that we all have flaws and we need to solve them as soon as possible. I will be glad if the young representatives of today's political field also visit Artsakh and get acquainted with the situation on the spot.
In order to get acquainted with the problem, it is necessary first to study the history of Artsakh, to have reliable information, to meet with local politicians, to visit villages, military units, to communicate with people, to get acquainted with their problems and successes. Then it will be possible to speak about the Artsakh issue and outline the further steps in this direction, "said T. Poghosyan.
Our interlocutor also mentioned that the Artsakh issue is a matter of generations.
